(Merrick, NY) – Legislator Laura Curran (5th District) & Senator John Brooks (8th District) are co-sponsoring a community cleanup in Merrick on Saturday, April 22 from 10 am to 12 pm. Volunteers will be cleaning up the wooded areas along the Meadowbrook State Parkway. We will be meeting at the corner of Sunrise Highway and Central Boulevard.
Please wear protective clothing (long pants and sleeves), and bring gloves.
