“I condemn and reject in the strongest possible terms the appalling anti-Israel rhetoric that Zohran Mamdani espoused from the mayoral debate stage,” said Nassau County Legislature Deputy Minority Leader Arnold W. Drucker (D – Plainview) said. “As a proud Jew and the author of legislation which created the Nassau County Legislative Task Force to Combat Antisemitism, last night’s disgraceful performance demonstrated exactly why, when I was approached over the summer, I explicitly and emphatically REFUSED to endorse the candidacy of this unapologetic, divisive and frankly antisemitic individual - and why I will continue to denounce him every opportunity I get.”
