(JERICHO, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislature Deputy Minority Leader Arnold W. Drucker (D – Plainview) thanks the Legislative District 16 residents who took part in his office’s Tuesday, March 31 blood drive at the Jericho Public Library. Each donor provided blood that can be used to save as many as three lives.
“Everyone who rolled up their sleeves performed a wonderful and selfless act that will give the gift of life to another person in their hour of greatest need,” Deputy Minority Leader Drucker said. “Thank you for doing your part to address the persistent blood shortage that continues to impact our region – we appreciate your support and the partnership of the New York Blood Center and the Jericho Public Library in this effort.”
