WHAT - In an effort to help families who are facing financial hardships and those deeply affected by the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Nassau County Legislator Delia DeRiggi-Whitton (D - Glen Cove) is partnering with Long Island Bagel Café to provide Glen Cove families with breakfast.
The coronavirus has sickened thousands of Nassau residents and has prompted mass closures of schools and businesses putting a strain on many families. Long Island Bagel Café, owner John Compitello would like to provide families facing economic difficulties with a dozen freshly baked bagels with condiments.
