WHAT: Nassau County Legislator Arnold W. Drucker (D - Plainview) and Broadway Commons in Hicksville are teaming up to host a back-to-school celebration and touch-a-truck event at the mall on Wednesday, Aug. 31.
During the event, youngsters in attendance will have the opportunity to get an up-close look at the vehicles, trucks and machinery utilized by local first responders. There will also be a back-to-school supply giveaway to help students start the 2022-23 school year on the right foot.
