(FRANKLIN SQUARE, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislators Carrié Solages (D – Valley Stream) congratulated the honorees of the Caribbean Images TV Martin Luther King Jr. Awards, held at L'Antillaise Caterers in Franklin Square on Saturday, Jan. 18. At the core of his moral advocacy, Dr. King taught us that ‘Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?’” Legislator Solages said. “The honorees at this wonderful event have routinely gone above and beyond in their achievements and their commitment to service, and I thank Peter Pouchon and his team for bringing us together to celebrate these great community leaders.”
