(WESTBURY, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislator Viviana L. Russell (D – Westbury) visited Harmony Healthcare Long Island’s Westbury Health Center on Thursday, May 14. During the visit, Legislator Russell spoke to the Harmony Healthcare team about the services they provide to the community and opportunities for future partnerships in support of their mission to ensure every Long Islander has access to healthcare, regardless of insurance status or the ability to pay.
“By ensuring access to high-quality medical services for everybody in the communities they serve, Harmony Healthcare and their team of professionals are helping people take proactive steps to maintain and improve their health,” Legislator Russell said. “I appreciated having the opportunity to learn all about their latest initiatives, like partnering with Island Harvest to provide an onsite community garden, and I look forward to working with them on future projects.”
