(HICKSVILLE, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislator Viviana L. Russell (D – Westbury) joined the Northwest Civic Association of Hicksville on Monday, Sept. 14 as they celebrated their 75th anniversary of serving the community. “While the theme of their party harkened back to the organization’s launch in 1951, their approach to community advocacy has always kept up with the times, and the hamlet of Hicksville is all the better for their tenacity and focus,” Legislator Russell said. “We salute your 75 years of outstanding work, and I look forward to collaborating with you on future endeavors that will make the communities we serve stronger and more vibrant!”
