(ROCKVILLE CENTRE, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislator Scott M. Davis (D – Rockville Centre) joined the community for the Rockville Centre Chamber of Commerce’s annual Eat Shop Rock on Saturday, June 20. Returning after a two-year hiatus, Eat Shop Rock transforms Park Avenue between Sunrise Highway to Lincoln Avenue into an open-air pavilion showcasing local restaurants, vendors, not-for-profit organizations, and live music.
“Small businesses are Rockville Centre’s lifeblood, and events like Eat Shop Rock are a great way to kick off the summer season and celebrate the entrepreneurs that strengthen the fabric of our community,” Legislator Davis said. “I appreciate all of the Chamber’s hard work in reviving this great tradition and making it such a great success for everyone who participated.”
