(BALDWIN, N.Y.) – During the Tuesday, April 21 meeting of the Baldwin Oaks Civic Association, Nassau County Legislator Scott M. Davis (D – Rockville Centre) honored Joan Keegan for more than 20 years of dedicated service to the Baldwin community, during which time she served for most of those years as a Baldwin Oaks Civic Association board member. Legislator Davis, pictured above with civic association President Wayne Miles, presented Keegan a Nassau County Legislature Citation on behalf of Legislator Debra Mulé (D – Freeport), who previously represented this portion of Baldwin prior to redistricting.
“Joan Keegan epitomizes the spirit of selfless and vigilant service that makes the Baldwin Oaks Civic Association stronger and more impactful in their advocacy for homeowners,” Legislator Davis said. “I join Legislator Mulé in congratulating her for all she has accomplished and look forward to continue working with her as I serve the greater Baldwin community!”
