(BALDWIN, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislator Scott M. Davis (D – Rockville Centre) proudly joined students at the Grand Avenue Elementary School in Baldwin on Tuesday, May 12 for their annual Career Day event. Legislator Davis joined an array of professionals from a diverse pool of fields in speaking to students about their jobs and educational journeys. During his conversations with students, he spoke to them about what it takes to achieve their goals and the importance of following their passions in all aspects of their lives.
“Every Career Day event is such a highlight for me because it is an opportunity to share my experiences with students and encourage them to believe in themselves as they pursue their dreams,” Legislator Davis said. “Thank you to the Grand Avenue School community for inviting me to be a part of this great event!”
