(OCEANSIDE, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislature Alternate Deputy Minority Leader Debra Mulé (D – Uniondale) had the high honor of joining the Oceanside Volunteer Fire Department and her colleagues in government at the induction ceremony held on Saturday, Jan. 31. During the event, Alternate Deputy Minority Leader Mulé congratulated the incoming Chiefs for 2026, thanked the outgoing Chiefs for their service, and joined in recognition the 25- and 50-year veterans for their unwavering commitment to service.
“In Nassau County and across Long Island, our neighbors step up on a daily basis to serve their communities and rush toward danger at a moment’s notice when every second counts,” Alternate Deputy Minority Leader Mulé said. “It was a privilege to join the Oceanside Fire Department for this celebration of steadfast service, and I am thankful to all who fulfill this vital mission!”
