(OCEANSIDE, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislature Alternate Deputy Minority Leader Debra Mulé (D – Freeport) proudly joined her colleagues in government at the Friedberg JCC on Sunday, March 15 to celebrate the 130th anniversary of the Jewish War Veterans of the United States.
“Organizations like the Jewish War Veterans of the United States serve a tremendously important role, and they do so much to ensure that the men and women who wore the uniform our nation’s armed forces are treated with the respect, care, and compassion that they have earned,” Alternate Deputy Minority Leader Mulé said. “Amidst an increase in antisemitism, their efforts are more essential than ever before, and I am proud to stand with them as they celebrate 130 years of exemplary advocacy for our veterans.”
