(BALDWIN, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislature Alternate Deputy Minority Leader Debra Mulé (D – Freeport) and Legislator Scott M. Davis (D – Rockville Centre) joined residents in celebrating the arrival of fall during the sixth annual Grand Baldwin Festival on Saturday, Oct. 3. Organized by the Community Coalition of Baldwin, the Festival was the largest yet, featuring 111 vendors, five food trucks, 11 food vendors, live performances, art, games and activities for the whole family.
“Powered by the hard work of community leaders and volunteers, the Grand Baldwin Festival has quickly become an annual tradition that gets bigger and better each fall,” Alternate Deputy Minority Leader Mulé said. “Congratulations to co-organizers Claudia Rotondo and David Viana on bringing together another wonderful celebration of Baldwin’s best!”
“Baldwin’s beauty was truly sparkling in the autumn sun, and the spirit of community pride we felt leave little doubt as to why the Grand Baldwin Festival grows stronger each year,” Legislator Davis said. “It is always a pleasure to be part of an event that brings our community together, and I thank everyone who rolled up their sleeves and make this event a success.”
