(BETHPAGE, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislature Alternate Deputy Minority Leader Debra Mulé (D – Freeport) and Legislator Scott M. Davis (D – Rockville Centre) joined colleagues in state, county and town government at Program Without Walls in Bethpage on Friday, Sept. 25 for EPIC Long Island’s annual legislative breakfast.
Comprised of EPIC Long Island, Epilepsy Foundation Long Island and the South Shore Guidance Center, the EPIC Family of Human Service Agencies offers a wide range of in-home community and site-based services while providing education, advocacy, and support to clients.
“In Freeport and throughout our region, EPIC Long Island’s programs provide a vital supportive lifeline for families as they navigate medical and behavioral health challenges in their lives,” Alternate Deputy Minority Leader Mulé said. “As a social worker, I know how these resources can make all the difference, and I am grateful for everything that the experts at EPIC Long Island do on a daily basis.”
