(UNIONDALE, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislature Alternate Deputy Minority Leader Debra Mulé (D – Freeport) joined hundreds at the Long Island Children’s Museum on Wednesday, July 1 for the Museum’s “America’s 250th Birthday Ball Drop.” Highlights of the event included a confetti-flecked ball drop, birthday toy donations with Birthday Wishes of Long Island, creative patriotic activities with Balloon Mission & Beautify L.I., and more. “America’s 250th birthday is a historic milestone that families across our country are building memories around together,” Alternate Deputy Minority Leader Mulé said. “The Long Island Children’s Museum threw a wonderful party that is truly befitting of the occasion, and I thank them for all of their hard work!”
