
(FREEPORT and MERRICK, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislature Alternate Deputy Minority Leader Debra Mulé (D – Freeport) congratulated the leaders of the Rotary Club of Freeport-Merrick Rotary at the organization’s installation dinner on Thursday, June 26.
During ceremonies held at Mangia Bene in Rockville Centre, Alternate Deputy Minority Leader Mulé recognized the Rotarians – President Comfort Itoka, Vice President Ari Case, Secretary Kerry Esmay, Executive Secretary DeRosette Harrison, and Treasurer Marc Rigueur - who will lead the organization for the next year and thanked them for their commitment to community service.
“For more than 80 years, the members of the Freeport-Merrick Rotary Club have been guided by the motto of ‘service above self’ – and the results can be felt throughout the community,” Alternate Deputy Minority Leader Mulé said. “I know this great tradition will continue for yet another year under the leadership of these outstanding public servants, and I thank these dedicated volunteers for stepping up to make a positive impact in Nassau County!”
