(FREEPORT and BALDWIN, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislator Debra Mulé (D – Freeport) observed Veterans Day across the Sixth Legislative District on Monday, Nov. 11 as she attended ceremonies hosted by Baldwin American Legion Post No. 246 and Freeport-based William Clinton Story American Legion Post No. 342. “On this solemn occasion each year, we pause to pay tribute to the men and women who fought for our freedoms throughout history and honor all who continue to serve and protect our nation with distinction and tremendous courage,” Legislator Mulé said. “I thank our friends at the Baldwin and Freeport American Legions for their commitment to making these Veterans Day observances meaningful and impactful gatherings.”
