On Thursday, September 17th, Legislator Bill Gaylor joined with Nassau County PBA President James McDermott to hand out school bags and back packs to the students of Valley Stream’s Wheeler Avenue Elementary School.
“I was proud to join the PBA to distribute backpacks to Valley Stream students as they begin their school year,” Legislator Gaylor said. “While this year will undoubtedly be unique and stressful because of the effects of COVID-19, the students and teachers I spoke to were upbeat, and ready to begin the year. A great day!”
