Davis (D – Rockville Centre) joined Hempstead residents, community organizations and his government colleagues at Kennedy Memorial Park on Saturday, July 11 for Hempstead Day 2026 – Legacy Lives, a community celebration with informational vendors, activities and contests for all ages, giveaways, and more. “The Village’s rich history is truly something to cherish, and Hempstead Day 2026 fittingly highlighted the qualities that makes it so vibrant and special,” Legislator Davis said. “Thank you to Hempstead Village’s Parks Department and all who played a part in making this unifying event a great success.”
