(ROOSEVELT, N.Y.) - Nassau County Legislator Kevan Abrahams (D - Freeport) and the Roosevelt Police Activity League (PAL) are encouraging residents to sign up for a free five-week Double Dutch clinic at Rev. Arthur Mackey, Sr. Park, located at 49 lakeside Drive in Roosevelt.
Weekly sessions are scheduled for 6 - 7:30 p.m. for five consecutive Monday evenings from June 20 - July 18. The clinic has a maximum capacity of 20 participants and is open to children ages 7 and up. Visit http://rooseveltpal.website.sportssignup.com/activities.
