(ROOSEVELT, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislator Scott M. Davis (D – Rockville Centre) joined the faith community of Mount Sinai Baptist Church Cathedral in Roosevelt on Saturday, Jan. 3 to support the fifth anniversary of One Purpose Gospel. Legislator Davis presented leaders of the choir with a Nassau County Legislature Citation in recognition of this impressive milestone. “Groups like One Purpose Gospel provide a tremendous service not only by sharing their talents – they bring people together and create new opportunities for members to strengthen their faith,” Legislator Davis said. “It was a pleasure to mark this anniversary with One Purpose Gospel and the community members who enjoy their efforts!”
