(ROOSEVELT, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislator Scott M. Davis (D – Rockville Centre) recently toured Harmony Healthcare Long Island’s Roosevelt facility. It is part of a larger network of not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center that currently supports more than 40,000 patients per year across Nassau County. The Roosevelt location specifically acts as a one-stop-shop with an in-house pharmacy, women’s health, behavioral health, WIC, pediatrics, dentistry services and more.
“It was wonderful to personally experience the dedication of Harmony Healthcare’s staff and the compassion that they share with their patients on a daily basis,” Legislator Davis said. “Thank you to CEO David Nemiroff, Practice Manager Sybil Obas, Nurse Manager Marlene Canell, and Community and Advocacy Liaison Sheri Grant for welcoming me to your Roosevelt clinic for an informative visit.”
