(ROCKVILLE CENTRE, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislator Scott M. Davis (D – Rockville Centre) was honored to march in the annual Rockville Centre Memorial Day parade on Monday, May 26. Legislator Davis and his colleagues in government marched in a parade that was organized and hosted by Rockville Centre American Legion Post 303.
“Each year, Rockville Centre’s annual Memorial Day parade is a beautiful tribute to the 106 brave service members from Rockville Centre who made the ultimate sacrifice in foreign wars to protect the liberties we hold dear,” Legislator Davis said. “Freedom isn’t free – and we have deep gratitude to all who wear the uniform to keep us safe. Thank you to American Legion Post 303 for stepping up each year to make sure that our fallen heroes live eternally in our hearts.”
